How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel your Pro or Team subscription and understand what happens next.


How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click "Cancel subscription" (lowercase "subscription") at the bottom of the page

  3. Optionally, tell us why you're canceling

  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens when you cancel

Access continues until period ends

You keep Pro/Team features until your current billing period ends.

Data is preserved

All your tests, responses, and analytics are kept. Nothing is deleted.

Account becomes read-only

After the period ends, your account moves to a read-only state. Existing tests, sessions, and dashboards stay viewable but you can't create new tests, run new sessions, or use AI features. Re-add a card any time to restore full access.

Reactivate anytime

You can resubscribe at any time to restore Pro/Team features.

How to reactivate

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click "Reactivate Subscription"

  3. Your subscription resumes with the same plan

Canceling a team subscription

If you're a team owner:

• Canceling removes team features for all members

• Members can still access their individual accounts

• Shared projects become inaccessible until you reactivate
