The sentiment chart shows the distribution of user responses by emotional tone:
Positive (Green)
Responses expressing satisfaction, praise, or positive experiences.
Neutral (Gray)
Factual observations or responses without strong emotional tone.
Negative (Red)
Responses expressing frustration, confusion, or criticism.
Shows what percentage of users who started the test finished it:
• 80-100%: Excellent - your test is well-designed
• 60-80%: Good - some users may find it too long
• Below 60%: Consider shortening your test
For rating questions, this histogram shows how many users selected each score:
• Look for clustering (most responses at 4-5 = positive, at 1-2 = negative)
• A bimodal distribution (peaks at both ends) suggests mixed experiences
• The average rating gives you a quick overall score
AI-extracted themes from text responses, displayed as a word cloud:
• Larger words = more frequently mentioned themes
• Click a theme to filter responses containing that topic
• Themes help identify patterns across many responses
Shows response patterns across questions:
• Darker colors = more responses
• Identify which questions get the most engagement
