How to access results

Go to your project
Find the test in your test list
Click the test name or "View Results"
You'll see the results dashboard with multiple tabs

Overview

AI executive summary, key metrics, sentiment breakdown, response accordions per question, and theme extraction — all on one scroll.

Comments

Questions

Test configuration view: see every question with its trigger and pause behavior. Edit via Launch Builder.

Share Test is a button in the header that generates a participant URL. CSV export is being reworked for V2 — the dashboard button is temporarily hidden; see the Export Data help page for the API-based workaround.

Key Metrics

Completion Rate

Percentage of users who completed all questions. Higher is better.

Sentiment Breakdown

Distribution of positive, neutral, and negative responses (AI-analyzed).

Response Count

Total number of completed sessions for this test.

Average Rating

For rating questions, the average score across all responses.
