How to Create a Team

Set up a team to run in-app user research projects together — shared projects, shared session data, shared findings.


Team Creation Flow

Start team creation

From your Dashboard, click "Create Team" or go to the team section.

Name your team

Enter a team name (e.g., "Product Team" or your company name). Minimum 2 characters.

Add team members

Enter email addresses of people you want to invite. You can add more later if you prefer.

Complete payment

Choose monthly or yearly billing. Price is calculated per seat (you + invited members).

Team is ready

Invitations are sent to all members. They can join by clicking the link in their email.

Team Pricing

Monthly billing: $39/seat

Pay month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Yearly billing: $31.20/seat (save 20%)

Billed annually. Best value.

Example: 3 team members on yearly = $31.20 × 3 = $93.60/month (billed as $1,123.20/year)
