How to Manage Team Members

View your team roster, remove members, and manage access.


How to view team members

  1. Go to Team Settings

  2. View the Members list

  3. Each member shows their name, email, and role

Roles: Admin (full control, manage team & billing), Editor (create & edit projects/tests), and Viewer (read-only access).

How to remove a team member

  1. Go to Team Settings

  2. Find the member you want to remove

  3. Click the remove icon (X) next to their name

  4. Confirm removal in the dialog

What happens when someone is removed

• They immediately lose access to all team projects

• They cannot see test results or create new tests

• Their personal account remains active

• They can join other teams or use ProdExam individually

• Your seat count decreases by 1

How to re-invite a member

If an invitation didn't reach someone (spam folder, wrong email, etc.), the fastest path is to share the invite link directly:

  1. Go to Team Settings

  2. Click "Copy Link" to copy the team invite link

  3. Paste the link into Slack, Email, or anywhere else — anyone with the link can join the team
