How to Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your ProdExam account and all associated data.


Before you delete

Consider these points before deleting your account:

All projects will be deleted

Every project you've created will be permanently removed.

All tests and results will be deleted

All tests, responses, comments, and AI analyses will be removed.

Subscription will be cancelled

If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately with no refund.

Team members will lose access

If you're a team owner, the team and all shared projects will be deleted.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Click your avatar in the top right corner

  3. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu

  4. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section (in red)

  5. Click "Delete Account"

  6. Read the warning about what will be deleted

  7. Click "Continue" to proceed

  8. Type your email address to confirm

  9. Click "Delete My Account"

  10. You'll be signed out and redirected to a goodbye page


After deletion

• You'll receive a confirmation email that your account has been deleted

• You can create a new account with the same email address in the future

• Your previous data cannot be recovered

Alternatives to deletion

Pause your tests

If you just want to stop collecting data, you can pause your tests instead of deleting your account.

Cancel your subscription

If you want to stop paying, you can cancel your subscription instead. Your account moves to a read-only state where existing data stays viewable but new actions are paused. Re-add a card any time to restore full access.

Export your data first

Before deleting, export your test results to CSV so you have a backup of your data.
