Team MemberYou've been invited to join a ProdExam team. Accept your invitation and start collaborating on shared in-app user research projects.
Check your email
Look for an invitation email from ProdExam with the subject "You've been invited to join [Team Name]".
Click the invitation link
Click "Accept Invitation" in the email. This will take you to ProdExam.
Create your account (if needed)
If you don't have a ProdExam account, you'll be prompted to create one. Use the same email address the invitation was sent to.
Start collaborating
You're now part of the team! You'll see all shared projects in your dashboard.
You can:
View all shared projects
Create new projects
Create and edit tests
Publish and pause tests
View all analytics
Use AI insights
Export data
Share results
Only team leads can:
Add or remove team members
Manage team subscription
Access billing settings
Delete the team
Change team name
Shared projects
All projects created by any team member are automatically visible to everyone on the team. There's no need to manually share.
Creating tests
You can create tests in any project. Other team members will be able to view and edit your tests.
Viewing results
All team members have access to the full analytics dashboard for every test, including AI insights and shared reports.
Your personal account
You still have your own account settings, preferences, and password. Your team lead cannot access your personal settings.
If you need to leave a team, contact your team lead. They can remove you from the team in Team Settings. After being removed:
• You'll lose access to all shared team projects
• Your personal account remains active
• You can join other teams or use ProdExam individually
