Tests
Archive tests to hide them from view, or delete them permanently.
You can also do this with AI. Try it with Testflow MCP
Archive
• Hides the test from your main view
• Preserves all data and results
• Can be restored to a paused state via the Unarchive menu item
• Available for any test status — including ones with collected data
Delete
• Only available for draft tests with zero sessions. Once a test has been published or has any participant data, you must archive it instead.
• Permanently removes the test record
• Cannot be undone
• Use this only for test rows you regret creating before publishing — anything with a session deserves Archive

Archive instead of delete
Unless you're sure you won't need the data, archive tests instead of deleting them.
Export before deleting
If you need to delete a test with valuable data, export the results to CSV first.
Hitting your test limit?
Archived tests still count toward the test-creation total for your billing period — they don't free a slot. If you've hit the cap and need more capacity, upgrade to Pro or Team for unlimited tests.
MCP
You can also archive tests using ProdExam's MCP integration with AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
