Understand per-seat pricing and how adding or removing members affects your bill.

Best value, billed annually.
A "seat" is one team member. You (the owner) count as 1 seat, plus each person you invite.
Team of 5 members on yearly billing:
5 seats × $31.20/seat = $156/month
Billed annually: $156 × 12 = $1,872/year
When you add a new member:
• You're charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the billing period
• The new seat is added to your next full invoice
• Example: Adding 1 seat halfway through the month = half of $39 = $19.50
When you remove a member:
• Their access is revoked immediately
• You receive a pro-rated credit on your next invoice
• The seat is removed from future invoices
As the team owner, you can access all invoices:
• Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing
• View and download PDF invoices
• See seat changes and pro-rated amounts
