How to Manage Your Subscription

Update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your billing settings.

How to view your subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. View your current plan, status, and renewal date

  3. See your usage (tests, sessions, AI analyses)

How to access the billing portal

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click "Manage Billing"

  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal

What you can do in the billing portal

Update payment method

Add a new card or remove an old one.

View invoices

Download PDF invoices for past payments.

Update billing address

Change the address that appears on invoices.

View upcoming invoice

See what you'll be charged on your next billing date.

Tracking your usage

In the Billing settings, you can see:

• Active tests: How many tests you have vs. your limit

• Sessions this month: Feedback collected vs. your limit

• AI analyses: Number used vs. your monthly limit

Pro and Team plans show "Unlimited" for all metrics.
