Team PlanSet up your team, invite members, manage billing, and run shared in-app user research projects in ProdExam.
As a team lead (owner), you have full administrative control over your team:
Create and manage the team
Invite and remove members
Manage team subscription
View all shared projects
Access billing and invoices
Delete the team

Create your account
Sign up with your work email. You'll become the team owner.
How to create an accountStart team creation
From the dashboard, click "Create Team" to begin the setup flow.

Enter a team name (e.g., "Product Team" or your company name).
Add team members
Enter email addresses of people you want to invite. You can skip this and add members later.

Choose monthly or yearly billing and complete payment for all seats.

Your team is ready! All members can now access shared projects.
Adding new members
Go to Team Settings and click "Add Members". Enter email addresses and they'll receive invitations. Your subscription will be pro-rated for new seats.
Removing members
In Team Settings, click the remove icon next to a member's name. They'll lose access immediately and you'll receive a pro-rated credit.
Viewing shared projects
All team members can see all projects created by anyone on the team. Projects are automatically shared.
Team billing is calculated per seat:
Monthly
$59/seat
Yearly (save 17%)
$49/seat
Example: A team of 5 members on yearly billing pays $49 × 5 = $245/month (billed annually at $2,940).
