How to Filter Responses

Use filters to narrow down responses and find specific feedback.

Where filtering lives today

The Results page already groups responses by question (each question has its own response accordion on the Overview tab) and pinned comments have their own filter bar:

On the Comments tab, click the Page dropdown to narrow comments to one URL.

Comments tab — Date Range filter

Click Date Range to narrow comments to a specific window.

Overview tab — Per-question accordions

Each question already has its own collapsible section showing only its responses, with sentiment badges visible on each one.

Sentiment-based and theme-based filtering across all responses is on the near-term roadmap. For now: use the per-question accordions, the Comments tab filters, or export to CSV and slice in Excel / Sheets.
