AI-Powered Features

Executive Summary

A human-readable overview of your test results. Includes:

• Key findings from user feedback

• Overall sentiment assessment

• Recommended actions based on feedback

Sentiment Analysis

AI analyzes each response to determine emotional tone:

• Positive: Satisfaction, praise, success

• Neutral: Factual, observational

• Negative: Frustration, confusion, criticism

Theme Extraction

AI identifies recurring themes across responses:

• Groups similar feedback together

• Creates tags you can filter by

• Displayed as a word cloud

Auto-Tagging

Each response is automatically tagged with relevant topics, making it easy to filter and group related feedback.
